Pop up window at start. Unable to use the Program.

When starting Fusion, a window pops up asking to "Know me better". There's no way to fill all the questions and the button don't activate. I have an Education license and all other Programs works well.

Can't work with Fusion and I really need some help.

Have you tried logging in with your education license? I ask because the image you show is showing a trial user, not an education user. 

 

There is another way to launch Fusion:

Steps

  1. Close Fusion if it's running
  2. Login to Fusion team https://login.autodesk360.com/login
  3. Launch Fusion from there

The blocking dialog box has been turned off. Can you please try again, restart Fusion and try to login/use the application?

Hi.
Thanks for the reply.
I restarted Fusion and OS, but the problem persist. Same window pops up with no chance of going through.

I thought I could use Fusion while the Education license is active. As I do with 3D Max.

I'm told the blocking dialog box has been turned off, about an hour ago. If you could try again that would be great.

 

Also, if you are still blocked (which is unlikely) there is another way to launch Fusion:

Steps

  1. Close Fusion if it's running
  2. Login to Fusion team https://login.autodesk360.com/login
  3. Launch Fusion from there
