Personal Use License not renewing

Im trying to renew my personal license with Fusion 360 but when i go through the forum and it takes me to the DL page nothing happens. I did the log out and in numerous times waited a few weeks tried again yesterday and today still stuck in trial period. Can i get help fixing this issue? Please and thank you.

  1. Make sure Fusion is not running.
  2. When you get to the DL page, download the installer. 
  3. Run the installer.
  4. Log in to Fusion.

 

Is your license renewed?

Hi,

Keep your feet still until the "Subscription expired Read only" message appears after the trial period, and follow the sequence of images in my post of this thread #4 .
