Personal Use account expired

I have a personal use account which i only use occasionally. I have recently bought a 3d printer and i am starting to learn Fusion 360 by following tutorials on you tube. I have made a couple of small models and when i tried my account earlier it said my personal use account has expired. I would like to continue with a personal use account as i am still learning the system. I only use the system for my own education and to make the odd thing for my model railway. Can anyone help

You should be able to renew your license by using this website.  Be sure you use your same Autodesk Account to be sure you have access to your old files.

This in normal.  When you renew a Fusion Personal License, or apply for a new one, Autodesk will start you off with a 30 day trial of the Fusion Subscription License in hopes to show you what you are missing and purchase it.  It is their way of advertising.  After the 30 day trial runs out, it will switch over to your Fusion Personal License.  So if you get to attached to the features of the full license, you will be disappointed when it does switch.

Just remember to come back after 30 days and select the "Accept Solution" icon on one of my Forum posts.

Hi, jhackney1972
I'm not able to renew my personal use account. When I try to do this from fusion, It goes to https://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/personal-form and I'm not able to reach the renewal form.
If I click the "Get Autodesk Fusion for personal use" button, I'm not able to use may email associated with my Fusion personal account, because it prompts me to enter a valid email.

Please help. I'm very worried I will lose my fusion models after the account expires in 8 days.

I am not an Autodesk Employee, just a Fusion user like yourself.  I would direct your post to @RajkumarIlanchelian and see if he can assist you.  If your current Fusion Personal License is nearing its end, do not worry, your data will be keep for you to use when you get your new license.  In the meantime try logging into this link using the exact Autodesk ID and Password you use for you Fusion account.  If you can, then when your current Fusion License expires you will probably have no issue retaining your data.

@donataspabreza This statement "it prompts me to enter a valid email." Just asking the question are you sure you are using the correct email? Can you direct message me the email you are using to login? I can check in our backend to see if things are right.

Issue solved by using chrome in incognito mode. Something was interfering in regular chrome.
Email was valid when trying to renew in incognito mode.
I downloaded, started the installer, it said I had the latest version and asked if I wanted to start Fusion.

Fusion started and no longer is expiring.

Thanks, RajkumarIlanchelian
