Personal Project Not Accessible

Odd problem here. I requested access to a project from my work account that is owned by my personal account. I can see that my personal account is the owner from within my business account as below and see the request pending tag.

However from both fusion and A360 of my personal account that project does not exist, nor did I receive the shared request email. Any help on how to find where that project lives would be much appreciated!

I did a bit of digging, and found the project is located in the meddimensions hub. It does appear that maybe it was transferred into this hub out of a different one, as the project 'owner' is your personal acct. When this happens, it may not be visible to your commercial acct which is the team admin. If I'm correct, the way to resolve this would be to make your commercial account an admin of the project, not just of the hub. This article shows how to do that.
