Pattern Feature Visibility

This might be better suited for feedback, but I'm not allowed to post in that forum, for some reason.

Visibility of a feature pattern is very poor when the pattern is within a solid (see images). Wireframe view corrects this, however, it would be more convenient to have a more accurate visual rendering of what the pattern is meant to achieve in a solid view.
