Parameters from Exel sheet

Hi Autodesk community,

I would like to know if it is possible to edit a previously defined drawing with a exel sheet.

example: A rectangle with two parametrized measures:
            - Length
            - Width
Would it be possible to automatically modify this drawing by importing a exel sheet with for example two columns (one column for each measure) to create a custom rectangle.

This does not work with Excel, but there is a plugin for connecting Google sheets with a Fusion 360 design, called  Sheeter
