I'm trying to use a ▲ character through the Parameter I/O plugin. I can generate csv files that save this character as is (by selecting save as UTF-8, which I think is unicode). When I run the import, parameter i/o imports it as "
â–²". I see when I save the CSV file as ANSI it converts that character to a "?". Is Parameter I/O limited to working with ANSI Characters? or is there a way to use UTF-8? If it's not currently available, is there a way to make a feature request to add capability of handling it?
