Paid for license but still expired no download option on account

My trial expired so I paid for a collaborator license. I received a receipt and a link. When I go to my account, it shows my license but on on the products page there is no download option. When I log out and log back in to my desktop program it still returns as expired. Of course I'm on deadline and can't access my team files and there is no weekend support. Argh.
