Overconstrained errors when moving or re-adding dimensions

Let me start off by saying, that this entire design so far has a been a nightmare because of one thing, random things acting fully constrained while they actually aren't - which is super hard to fix without re-doing the whole sketch and losing 20-30 future timeline features. The only thing that was consistently a pain, were tangent constraints, but simple sketches like this one were sometimes an issue aswell.

I've attached a screencast of only one of those occurences, but will report back when I find more because of-course, all of the old ones magically work now - the last 30 seconds are just me showing that what I wanted to do was actually possible, but I had to work around a lot of bugs to get there. I also attached the design file, which I initially though was one of my best though-out and laid out, fully parametric designs, until these issues started popping up.

(I'm showing this in the latest Fusion version as of posting this, but it was initially fully designed in the last version)

You really have to fix the forum screencast issues btw.
