OSX Data Panel Can Not Insert into Current Drawing

I'm running OSX and can not insert a model from the data panel into a current drawing. Also, I can not delete a drawing from the data panel. A file will open a new window but that is it.

Just checking to be sure, the model you are inserting into, from the Data Panel, must be saved before the process in attempted.  You should get a warning if it is not.

The model is saved. I click on the model in data panel holding control and the drop down appears, however choosing the "insert into current drawing" does nothing

I use Windows operating system.  You can also insert a component, into a save model, by left click and drag from the Data Panel to the assembly model.

By the way, do not use "Quick Reply" when responding to a Forum post, it addresses the post to yourself.  Use the "Reply" icon, on the post you are responding to, it addresses the post to that person.

My goal is to find you a possible solution, or work around, nothing else.  I agreed, from first reading your post, that is was a bug.  You said you Left mouse click and hold, on the Data Panel component, you did not say if you tried to drag it into the assembly.

You have learned how to address a Forum post anyway.
