Orbit, Look At, Pan, etc toolbar not visible when main toolbar docked to bottom

Not sure what the small toolbar at the bottom is officially called, it's  the one containing the Orbit, Look At, Pan etc buttons. Basically, when the main toolbar is docked to the bottom, this smaller toolbar disappears, please see short screencast below. Thanks!

Thank you for reporting the issue! This is a known issue (the ticket ID is FUS-32122) and the development team is working on this now. I apologize for the inconvenience. 

And that is called "Navigation bar". 🙂
