I've shared my model via:
File > Share File Link > Toggle On
This is what the page at the link looks like (below) even after 5-10 minutes.
When I go back to the share dialog, the toggle has turned itself off.
I believe there are a couple bugs here:
I suggest you try another Web Browser and also check your graphic settings. It looks just fine to me.

That link does not open nor can I download or open it in Fusion.
Edit: Try going into the Web Database, develop the View there and then use the Share link icon from there.

Can you explain what you mean by "does not open"? Are you getting a 404 error, or some other error in your browser? Here is what I see on my phone (testing a second browser). Attached.
It will finally download but the Viewer will only show a white screen like there is no image to view. As I said, go to the Web Database and generate it first, then share it as I show in the last post.
