On Old Mac, So No Update or Upgrade

Hi,
I'm on an old Apple mac 10.13.6 running Fusion 2.0.9930, so I can't update my computer or Fusion.
I can Upload .stp files but I can't open them. Fusion keeps stating "update Fusion", but I can't do so.
I've tried using the web browser to convert the files to Fusion Archive F3D, but again I get the pop-up telling me to Up-date.

I can't open a case online either, I get the response that I don't have access?
Please can you help me find away to open the files, or a work-around?
Regard,
Darren.

What happens if you use Open rather than uploading the stp files?

Hi Mark,
 Thank you for your reply.

The same happens, also if I right click on the model - ope, same again.

I've also tried saving a "Test" file and inserting, also tried open, but again same problem.

Think you might have a problem with your install because using Open to open STP files from your local hard drive uses  local translators on your computer so should work even on an old instal and even without an internet connection. Unfortunately I think you're stuck now because you can't do a reinstall.

Hi Mark,

Thank you again, although that's the last thing I wanted to here, and I'm not in a position to purchase a new computer.

HI Mark,

I've just thought of something, Freecad.

What would be the best file type to convert my .stp files to in freecad, to then use in Fusion?

I've actually found a way to do this.

I have to insert it as a mesh from the insert tab.

Not the correct way, but for now and as I'm limited with it's use, it works.
