Offset projected profile will not constrain

Yes, today I noticed when simply creating a sketch and drawing a square extruding it 1.5mm then creating another sketch on the top profile face you just extruded and doing a project of the body.  You will get the projection lines on all four sides of the square but when you do an offset is shows up as blue and unconstrained.  I tried it both on my Mac and my Windows 10 PC and both versions did it.  I was able to fool it one time by drawing a construction line from the origin it did not matter what length the line was then the offset square would then for some reason show up constrained.  When I Google the issue I seen this happen back in 2017 on some forums but now its 2019 and I see it happening to me.

Because it is offset, it is fully constrained, but only while the offset dimension is maintained.

Click / drag any part of the offset chain, it is locked,

Yes, its blue, and not black, sketch icon is not updated either, but still it is fully constrained, in my test.

(But not if the original sketch is not fully constrained, and mine is)

Might help...

You are correct in that the offset lines should actually be shown in black (in that environment). This is a bug!

In fact it isn't really all that difficult to create fully constrained sketches that are not recognized properly by Fusion 360 as being fully constrained.
