Offset issues after DXF Import Add-In

Hi! I downloaded the autodesk DXF add in and imported 70 DXF files to a single sketch (or at least I checked that box and did it twice, both imported exactly the same). I included a screenshot of how they imported. They appear to be on different sketches. I was able to select all of them at once to resize, which was great.

Now, I am trying to offset all of these by 1, 2, and 3.5mm for cookie cutters, but I am having to do one at a time. The whole reason I imported to a single sketch was to do this quickly.

Edited to add: also, sometimes I have to close the whole project because one won't offset at all. Upon restarting, it works.

Please help! Thank you!

It is not possible to select several contours in a sketch (e.g. by window selection) in order to give them individually an offset.

Is there a reason why it won't let me offset at all on some of the dxf files?

I think this question is addressed to the AD employee.
