object got disappeared when started rendering

 I am facing this problem in rendering. The body just got disappeared once I started rendering. Please help me out.

I am getting surface over the design on cloud renders, the ground seems perfect in the local. click here for the file

I see the glass bodies in the preview, in the Canvas Render as well as in the Cloud render.
