(sorry if this has been beaten to death but I cannot find an answer to this problem. PLS help)
I am suddenly experiencing freezing in 1 second intervals in all functions.
GPU is a RTX 3070 TI.
Viewing the 3D model, drawing, hovering over icons etc etc.
Tried to do everything on the list of fixing this like repair, dialing down graphics and so on.
Graphics driver is also up to date.
Reinstalled fusion for the 3rd time now to make shure I didn't make any mistakes.
Problem is still there just as it was before trying every fix.
Have anyone had this problem and managed to fix it?
I wish I could roll back updates (maybe it's possible but I don't know how to do it) and try again.
Anyways I'm totally stuck at this point.

Tried yesterday:
Before I replaced the GTX 1060 with the RTX 3070, everything was fine.
Tried switching back to the 1060.
Removed all drivers (DDU).
Tried updated game drivers= Didn't work.
Tried updated studio drivers= Didn't work.
Tried driver recommended by fusion for Nvidia cards (Studio driver)= Didn't work.
Uninstalled all graphics drivers and installed Geforce Experience (old)= Didn't work.
Uninstalled all graphics drivers and ran on internal graphics (Intel 7700K) from motherboard= Worked.
TLDR; GTX 1060 worked before, switched to RTX 3070 and stuttering started.
Switched back to old setup (1060 and fusion driver recommendation) and problem persists.
Internal graphics 7700K works. What to do...?
