NRCC HELP - Fusion 360 is synchronizing the data with the cloud storage

I cannot save any file. I keep receiving an error message, "Fusion 360 is synchronizing the data with the cloud storage. Please try again in a moment." I am not part of a HUB that I am aware of.

Do you have a team hub or single user hub? Have you created a project and saved a design? (as mentioned in the article)
