Nothing working at all

Been using Fusion for years, one day gives an error on startup "sign in failure". I tried signing in on several other computers with no issues. 

 

I tried all the basic fixes, restarted computer, in the service utility menu i tried repairing and resetting fusion with no success. Lastly I went to uninstall and reinstall, uninstall went fine, then during the reinstall it gets stuck at 99% then sends an error message:

Says to uninstall and reinstall... again. So i go to uninstall and it opens a black pop up window for about .05seconds then closes and nothing happens. try again same thing, restart computer same thing. My current position is I cannot launch fusion, I cannot uninstall it, nothing in the service utility menu does anything, I am completely stuck, nothing on the forums has worked for me, non of the "quick" google fixes are working for me. 

 

I've attached my errors and my streamer logs, I am so lost and have important files I need for work on Fusion. 

If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.
