Nothing Changes

I haven't used Fusion 360 before. Got in, quickly realized I can't see anything. Menus open and change, and it seems like anything I make is actually there and selectable. But nothing actually shows up. Can't change viewpoints either.

Your model displays just fine, but it is a bit odd.  This is probably because you are having issues seeing what you are doing.  I would suspect that your Graphic Card is giving your issued, either the drivers are not up to date or you are using the wrong Graphic Driver selection in Fusion 360 Preferences.  The model I see is shown below and labeled.  Also I show where you can select different Graphic Drivers in Preferences.  Fusion 360 will have to restart between driver changes.
