Please attach the autodesk.webdeploy.streamer.log file.  This will help determine the installation issue.

@confidential_in Did the install throw an error while installing? If it did then there is a message that tells you about the log files. Click on it and attach the file you see in there.

If you are not seeing any way to get the logs, then please do two things:

1. Attach an image of the error you are receiving

2. manually collect the logs -

Installation Log files:

For installation or update errors.

  • Windows: C:\Users\(username)\Appdata\Local\Autodesk\autodesk.webdeploy.streamer.log
  • macOS: Macintosh HD>Users>(username)>Library>Logs>autodesk.webdeploy.streamer.log

If you already have the log file simply use the Attachment Section of a reply post to attach the ENTIRE file.  If you need to find it use this web article.
