Not enough cloud credits?

I am trying to render something that needs 310 credits. With my current credits from this morning, it said I needed 192 more credits, so I purchased 200 more credits. My account now says that I have 318 cloud credits as you can see in the first attached screenshot. The renderer still says that I need more credits as you can see in the second screenshot.

So, I need 310 credits, I have 318 credits, but it's not enough credits...

How can I get the software to work as expected?

I do not use Cloud Credits but I have some suggestions.  First, since you purchased your additional cloud credits, have you closed Fusion 360 and allowed it to update.  I do not know where you captured the image of your available cloud credits from but it does not look like it came from Fusion 360.  Second, I would go to your Preferences and look under Cloud Credits and see if you cloud credits show up and so see if they are being allocated to the desired Fusion 360 task.

Hello John,

Thanks for replying. I have actually restarted Fusion a few times. I captured the image from my online account info. If I go to the Cloud Credits tab of the preferences in Fusion 360, I'm actually seeing that I have 100 shared credits and 218 individual credits. I'm not really sure why I have any shared credits as I don't have any collaborators. It's just me here. Rather than going to my online account to purchase the credits, I went through the Buy Credits button directly within the render workspace of Fusion.

If I'm logged into my account, shouldn't it use my individual credits, then pull whatever is necessary from the shared credits? Or rather, is there a way to combine the two types of credits? Is there a way to turn off the shared credits so this doesn't happen in the future?

Thank you.

From what I read, cloud credits cannot be combined between contracts because of the way they were purchased.  In this article it explains this.  The remedy they suggest is ridiculous!  They seem to be implying that you have to find a way to exhaust one contract of cloud credits before you can use another.  This puts you into a hole since your cloud credit need crosses the two contracts big time!  Sorry I do not have any other suggestions except contact Autodesk Customer service which usually is a hard road.

Somehow I ended up with credits in two different "contracts" by purchasing from the provided "By more" button in the Render workspace. For some reason, I'm not allowed to move my own credits, but technical support was able to combine my existing credits into one contract for me.

Thanks!
