Not being prompted to install the July update

My fusion install is currently version 2.0.13375 - but as I understand it, the current version (July update) is V.2.0.13615 and has been out for some time now.

The icon that usually shows pending updates does not show any update, and downloading/running the fusion installer just tells me I have the current version installed.

Any idea why I wouldn't be getting the update?

@JLADesign @Can you help provide the below information please? 

1. Use the link to see how to launch the Fusion service utility based on if you are on a Mac or windows https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How...

2. Run the gather info and please attach the diagnostic log zip file that gets generated 

3. Next please run the repair Fusion 360. 

The diagnostic logs will help us find out what went wrong here and hopefully the repair will get you to the latest version.

So this is pretty weird; I ran the repair function and after it ran it launched fusion, was still the old version and still had no update notification.

I remembered I'd had a pending windows update for a few days (I run an enterprise version of windows 10 so updates don't install without action from me) - so I thought while I was at it I'd restart and update windows.

Windows updated, I then launched Fusion to see if that had changed anything (as in to check if there was a pending update) only to find Fusion loaded up as the current (july update) version.

So yeh... pretty confused, but its the correct version now 🙂
