Not Able to Upload Files to the Data Panel

I am unable to click the upload button in the data panel even after selecting the project to upload it to.  My subscription has recently expired so that could be why, but if not I do not know how to fix it.

Your assumption is correct, with the expired subscription you get Basic access only. To continue enjoying full set of features, please renew/buy a new subscription.
