non manifold

Hello,

i am trying to learn what non-manifold means.  Please can you look at the attached file.  It is two wheels (individual components) that i have roughly connected with a constrained spurs.  When I look at this model in inspect component colour, The wheels are multiple different colours.....does this mean that they are non manifold?

Why is this a *.f3z file rather than a *.f3d file?  Do you have external referenced files?
