Hello!
I draw section view. And section line has angles. Is there some special name for such section views?
At this picture my intent was to make 1 section that cross 2 holes. I was surprised that section became longer than the main view.
Can we make a section view that does not contain red segment? (View in one direction only)

You need to make sure all changes in direction are exactly 90°, if you are of at all you get the elongated section. You will also get a problem if you have 2 collinear lines in the section lines. See this thread for more info.

If i load your image into Fusion and sketch over it the vertical lines look out.
