Non-Editable Files Disappeared after Clearing Cache

While trying to improve Fusion's performance I cleared the Cache thinking it would help. Now only the editable files I had associated with my Personal Account are available, and the last three years of work are missing. I remember this happening over the summer, but can't remember what I did to fix it.

Any ideas what I can do? The last three years of work just went *poof* and I'm trying not to freak out.

Bumping this because I am desperate for help. After paying for a month of Professional License for the support I can no longer access ANY of my files. Three years of work gone. It is without hyperbole that I say this is my entire career. Please help me.

That is not helpful. Either elaborate or move on to another thread.

I appreciate the bump all the same.

hope you get somewhere, have you tried the obvious log out, unplug etc?

Yup. All the usual "why didn't I think of that" tricks haven't helped. What's worse is now NONE of my originally editable files are in the library.

There are a handful of backups saved in the AppData folder, but there's hundreds of files--many of which have references that cannot be opened without the library in place.

Autodesk's data architecture is abysmal. Even in Adobe I can still open a file if links are missing, then it's just a matter of relinking the missing components.

Go to this website, log in with the Exact Autodesk ID you were using when you created the files in question.  Once logged in, scroll down the left side of the webpage and find the Fusion 360 icon.  From there you can navigate within your Cloud storage and look for your files.

Also, inside Fusion 360, make sure you are in the correct Team or Single-User-Storage that you saved your work to.  Check in both just to be sure.

Thank you for the input. I've dug around MyHub and the drive and there is no trace of the files save for the one's I've uploaded since the wipe. As far as I know they were assosciated with my Single User Storage, and I haven't been added to any teams in several months.

One snafu I could imagine is that my Autodesk account was initially my school email, and I was on an education subscription. After graduating I switched my account to my personal email, and as far as I can tell that did not affect any of my data. Catch is I can't log in with that email anymore, as it's no longer associated with my account.

After a nerve-wracking week the Support team have recovered my files. They're still not 100% sure of the issue, so this was a unique case. As I understand it, because I started my account with one email, then transferred to another, the data was still tethered to the ID of the original email. When I cleared the cache, it severed the connection between the current email of my account and the one the data was associated with. As I expeted, the data was indeed still on their servers, it just needed to be reassociated with my account's email. As far as they know this is the first time this has happened.
