No upload button in Assets- cam posts

I was trying to mod a post i changed one number on a line and the post file disapered from my cloud files and the post file in fusion.

 I can not get it back and also the upload button is missing from the assets folder so i can not upload my backupost file.

In the manufacture workspace open the post library from the manage tab and there's an option to import.

Thanks ,i do not usally mess with my posts unless i have to ,so i had not used the updated post files in the tool bar.
