No triangles while previewing mesh

I am in the 3D print workspace, and I am unable to preview the mesh, with the number of triangles showing as 0.

I went through my Preferences, and I do not have the Mesh option.

How can I fix this?

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

Hi,

at the moment you have a solid and no Mesh. That's why you don't see any triangles.
You will see them when you save the solid as a mesh (3mf or STL) and open it again as such.

Sorry, preview should still work.

I wonder if it's because you have your print utility set to custom but you haven't picked a program. In your image it says None.

Nah, because the behavior is the same as the "Export as Mesh" dialogue. You simply have to disable preview and then re-enable and then it shows the preview. This is a bug!

Is that a mac bug? I can't make it fail, or does it only fail occasionally?

No, I did a quick test on my Work computer (Win 10), but the behavior is the same on macOS.

Created a sketch, extruded and filleted a body.

Selected it in the browser, right-clicked and selected "Export as mesh".

By default preview is enabled bit does not show a triangulated mesh.

Strange, I've tried all I can and it never fails on Win8.1. Wouldn't have thought the Windows version would make a difference.

Hello everyone. Thank you so much for your replies!

Firstly, I would like to apologize for my late response. I've been really busy with my class assignments. But I have managed to fix it!

In the screenshot I attached, I had 'Send to 3D print Utility' in the Output section enabled. All I had to do was disable it, and I have gotten my mesh preview. So @HughesTooling , you were right.

I apologize for my late reply. I have gotten around the issue, and I have posted my fix in this post. I just had to disable 'Send to 3D Print Utility', and I've gotten my mesh preview.
