Hello,
I've had contact with customer support about getting access to generative design but since our school does not have school e-mail addresses they couldn't help and the question would be escalated to another department. This was almost 2 months ago and still haven't gotten a reply, I've send some emails since, the director of the school contacted their contact person and still nothing. What can I do to get a reply from someone?
