No reaction when clicking on project icon in data panel

Even after a new installation: Fusion 360 does not react when I click on a project icon on the data panel. New designs are possible. But, as said, I cannot "call-up" or delete a project.

@RoeschGerhard4A253 Can you please try to logout and close Fusion, restart the machine and login and try again please?

I have tested as advised and the situation is still the Same. ( As indicated on my initial description, I had even de-installed and re-installed Fusion 360 )

There is another strange behaviour:

When I click on any project on the left, sometimes there is no reaction from Fusion - and in case of a reaction the blue "indicator frame" marks the project directly above. Thus I sometimes can call a project via this "method".

A deletion of any project ist NOT possible; therefore I am stuck.......

@RoeschGerhard4A253 Can you go to the clock icon in the far right corner and turn Fusion into offline mode. Wait a minute and then turn it back on to online and then does the data panel sync correctly? Is seems like Fusion likely things you are not connected to the internet and it does not provide you with all the options as an online Fusion.
