No Internet Connection

Hi,

I had internet connection and fusion 360 was working fine until today. Nothing changed other than trying to upload an obj file. Since then I have had no connect and can't seem to fix it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, which did nothing. I have attached diagnostic logs if that helps.

Cheers Joel

Hi @veso58S5W ,

Sorry for the delay in responding!  I just sent an email to you.

If you were having similar error message in this article, please review some suggestions in the web page.

If the message was different from the above or it did not show, can you please collect the Diagnostic log files and send it to me?  I will be happy to take a look at this!

Thanks.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Thank you for posting in the community!

Sorry for the delay in responding.  As I took a peek at the log files, I suspect there is something related to proxy.  I will discuss this with my colleauges for the further investigation.  I will get back here once I hear back from them!  Thank you for your patience.

Thanks.

I tried to follow your instructions, from the article.
It is a whole mess. Please understand, Windows 10 doesn't look like what
you have it here
https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How...

Can you call me on 760/917-6502 and lead me through the process

Honestly, this is huge issue for Autodesk and shame. This happened from
the time I paid my first money to you. I used program for the year
without any problems. Ever. Now, when Autodesk want to know when to
charge me next installment, I am on the month-month, all this garbage is
thrown on me.

What you want from DiagnosticLogs folder? You understand there is  5
folders inside and one file? Please be specific.

Don't know what happened, but I decided to Clear Cache Data, and that did the trick, I am back on line.
However, I did all what was in several places on the web of instructions, so I don't know what made the difference.
And, yes, I lost two files, 10 hours of work.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Thank you again for posting in the community.

I imagine you are using proxy server.  Can you please review the proxy and firewall settings, by following steps in below web page and see if this makes any differences?

How to configure proxy server and firewall for Fusion 360 (macOS)

Please keep me updated!  If you have any questions, please let me know.

Thanks.
