No clip in parts of my bridge

One part of my bridge is just completely no cliped Ive tried recreating it many times and i either have a meshing issue or this happens againt. Within the s

 

imulation the  side that is no cliped isnt considered at all and just remains blue.

Maybe you are missing constraints. 

Please attach an f3d file of your model for a better answer.

Thanks for the reply the contraints are the same on each side, Ive tried making a copy of one side and placing a whole new component and both doesnt seem to work.
