New drawing freezes

Every time I create a new drawing, everything just freezes. I can't press anything on the toolbar and zoom doesn't work either. I have to close Fusion completely and open it again to make it work. My version of Fusion 360 is fully up to date.

@waldnerdan55 There are some solutions called out in this thread with respect to graphics. Can you check to see if any can apply for you?

Got new graphics card and it still doesn't seem to work.
