Hi Rajkumar,

Thanks for your reply, I just tested with another account and it works perfectly... The problem comes from my account...

Just found this topic. I regularly get this issue in the morning if I have hibernated or slept my machine overnight. I am forced to restart Fusion, which can be a PITA if I am in the middle of a project with lots of things open. I made a thread here a while ago about this:

I have also been having this same problem for about a week or so. On my home wifi network and tethering to my mobile hotspot Fusion 360 works fine and goes online.

On my office wifi, Fusion takes forever to load and when it finally gets the open, it's in offline mode. If you click anywhere on the open screen it results in the spinning wheel.

If i switch to mobile hotspot in the office location it works as normal.

I would love a solution as it's doing my head in.

Posting this for the good of the group....  I received an email from Autodesk CER (Customer relations) this morning that recommended that I update my 3D Connexion space mouse drivers to resolve this... Magically that seems to have worked! Hope that works for some of you out there.

When I click on ACCEDI (LogIn), appear this window, fully transparent, where I can navigate on my C:\ drive:

and Fusion remain blocked in this way till I kill the process from the task manager.
