need to reinstall: can I save unsaved documents?

Hi,

Fusion360 just crashed nastily (crash report was sent) and will not relaunch (OSX). Guess this means have to reinstall.

At the time it happened had  a number of unsaved documents. Is it possible to save them such that they are not destroyed by the re-installation?

There's a How To here on how to force backup saves and where the documents are saved. Are the documents you have out of sync because your were offline or because you were not saving?

Because I was not saving.

After a backup reinstalled without uninstalling first.

Marvellously this worked (without having to sift through .backup files and possibly lose design continuity) and all my unsaved files just popped up.

The great thing about using a laptop running OSX is that one restarts less than once a month. The earliest modified but not saved F360 file that popped up was from June 5th, 25 days ago! (That also means that Fusion is getting pretty good too.)
