Need help with moving and aligning different bodies.

I have been converting bodies to stl and then importing in to Tinkercad because Tinkercads alignment tools are extremely easy to use.  I cant help but wonder though if I am missing out by not completing this task in Fusion 360.  Every time I attempt to do it in Fusion though I fail after spending multiple hours trying to figure it out.

What I want to do is simple.  I have included a basic file to demonstrate my setup and what I want to do.  I have a simple circle extrusion in the center.  I want to import a simple 3d logo I created (this is already done the tampabay  pirate).  I break the link to the logo file so I can make edits.  So the problem I have start here. I need to rescale the imported logo to fit on top of the circle extrusion and then place the logo directly on top of the disc.  I want to be able to do this with each logo I create. Say I want to make coasters with custom logos on them.  I can make the parts but not sure how to combine them. Please help!  There has got to be an easy way as this is extremely simple in Tinkercad but it just seems childish to keep importing to Tinkercad just to do alignment.

Thanks in advance!

I guess I wasn't completely clear. The pirate head needs to be scaled down to just under the size of and then placed on top of the circle and then centered on the circle. like a coaster for a cup of coffee with a pirate picture on top.

Only takes a few seconds?  I feel like I must be missing something?

This is exactly what I was looking for Thank you, you make it look so easy hahaha.  Is there anyway to have the 2 objects automatically center? or is there anyway to easily find the center of the logo with out doing lots of sketching and measuring?  If possible I could move center point to center point but have not found a way to find center points for irregular objects.  Also interested if there is a way to center side to side only?

I don't know I didn't know there was a three-point circle. These are the little things that take time to pick up but are simple and make life so much easier I will check it out thank you for your time it was greatly appreciated
