Need help in renewing my license

Hi,

 

I am currently on the last days of my startup license. I requested an extension of this license on the 8th of October. I received a confirmation email of this request, but now, more than 4 weeks later, I still do not have a confirmation the new license will be granted.  Nobody is reacting to any emails and the 'support' phone number (+44 2036081362) is not a person, but a looping tape directing me to the website.  Is there anybody on these forums that can give this a little push forward?

Autodesk has changed the license structure. Now they have personal, startup, full and education licenses. Terms and conditions for startup personal and startup licenses have changed.

  • Personal use is now restricted to <1k USD, basically no collaboration anymore, no free cloud credits and not all file formats are supported anymore. You can find more here.
  • Startups have to apply to get a license. Limit is still 100k, <10 employees, no consulting, willing to share story, must have a web site, no free cloud credits 60 community. You can find more here
