Need help as a new user

Any help would be appreciated..

Basically I want to curve a C shape so it bends 90 degrees and closes.

I tried doing it as extruding it then setting a taper angle, but the angle went to the middle. If it was a right angle triangle it would work.

I have attached a screenshot as a picture is a million words.

No, so the point is not in the middle but flush with something else.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file of your best attempt to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?
