name / account change

1st off I like Fusion.

But Ive had my own account for the past 6 years or so, and last night the auto renew thing went thru normally.

I told the boss it renewed ok and that I was good for another 2 years.  well he wants me to change my account to his name, or close mine and open 1 in his name.  but the thing is I noticed when the other boys switched accounts every thing says it was drawn by the boss, regardless of who made the drawing.

If the boss owns multiple seats in his name, can individual user names be assigned to each seat?  Engineer 1, 2 etc.

Can my account even be reassigned to someone else?

If everyone is using the boss's account is everybody's "preferences" going to be set the same?

Can someone point me to a list of pros and cons of more than 1 person using an account?

I got a meeting over all this kind of stuff tomorrow and don't know what to tell him.

I know I don't want to loose any of my stuff or have any interruptions in my current workflow.

Thanks in advance

I would not do what he is asking you to do. Fusion requires individual account logins to work normally. No matter how many seats of Fusion you have, using the same login will prompt the session concurrency warning and force one active session per account, suspending all other logins. To answer all your questions:

Yes BUT they will require their own account.

Only if it was purchased under the teams or added to the team by the accounts team(see below)

They cannot all use his account simultaneously, but anyone using the same account would see the same preferences. To reiterate from above, logging into the same account on two machines will force any other machine to suspend.

There really are zero pro's to this. And it's not even really possible in a production setting. From data loss to concurrency, preferences and tracking its not feasible and presents a host of potential and in some cases previously documented problems - part of the reason session concurrency is in place.

It would be better if he was both the account admin and team hub admin and thus could have control over license distribution and data.
