My Profile name...

Hi, My Profile name shown on the top right Corner is changing everytime when I join each sign up...I have to change it on my profile settings as a Ercan Basdag everytime. But after a while its seems as a Eb Be...How can I fix it as a permanent???

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Fusion community!

I just did a search on your email address through our systems, and it looks like the name of the account was set to "Be Be". I believe this is why you were seeing your name change every time you sign into Fusion 360.

I have changed the name associated with your account within our systems to your actual name. Would you mind launching Fusion to see if that makes your name hold as "Ercan Basdag"?

NOTE: It may take some time for you to see the change within Fusion. I would give it an hour or so and then check Fusion, just to be sure that we have given the systems enough time to sync up.
