My products have dissapeared

Hello

I was looking for the student licence for generative design for Fusion 360 when all my products have disappeared.

After checking on the educational part of the site, it shows that I have educational access but I don't have any products and services. It's worth mentioning that I have Fusion 360 and Inventor Professional 2021 already installed and show up in the Desktop App.

Are you absolutely sure you are logged in with the same Autodesk ID in Autodesk Accounts as you are in Autodesk Desktop App?
