My educational license hasn't validate

I'm currently studying and we're using fusion 360 in our class at university, everybody have their accounts validated except me I don't know if I have chosen a wrong step or something registering my educational account but it's going to expire in a week and I need my educational license to take and pass that class.

Nope it stays the same saying trial ends in 5 days .
