My download of fusion is not working

I am trying to open Fusion 360 on my desktop - it does not ask me to login and I get the screen below appearing - I know this user data is incorrect as I have an educational license I am not on a trial version - I have got an internet connection. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall and removed %temp% files but I cannot get on Fusion - any ideas? Thank you

I have realised that this is because Fusion has been taken off line see post from Brianrepp - guess it is just a case of waiting until any issues are resolved by Autodesk and Fusion is put back on-line

Hi @Anonymous,

We are currently experiencing a service outage with Fusion 360. Some users can login but are stuck in offline and others such as yourself cannot login. This is part of the same outage. We are working to fix the outage as soon as possible.
