I couldn't open fusion 360, it would just 'hang' on start up. I tried the steps on https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Fus... and nothing worked so I uninstalled it and tried reinstalling fusion 360 but it won't install. the program says "we're not sure what is preventing installation" but it also says "<urlopen error timed out>"

Hi,

1. have you done a CLEAN UNINSTALL.
2. create a new user on your system (WIN/MAC), install Fusion and start with your "old" account.
