I just want to extend the long part by 4mm but i cant because its this triangle mess 😞 is there any easy solution or do i have to model the entire thing by hand? Thanks in advace

Please attach your model. It is hard to tell from your screen capture if you have a Mesh or a body from a Mesh. If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

Looking a this model I find it doesn't even pass the most basic requirements for a proper parametric design.
Aside rom using mesh bodies for very simple parts.
I would start over from scratch after completing some of the free courses here:
