Multiple Issues

Hi all

Multiple issues here.  I have the start up commercial account for several months and have done multiple projects on it.  Previously had personal and everything synced over.

Have been off F360 for a month or more.  Now signing back on all my recent work is gone,nowhere to be found.  All my sheet metal rules etc.

Also all mouse commands have changed.  Had to change my orbit settings.  Now my model moves and the grid lines move with it.

Basically its a mess and when I go to online help it tells me I need admin access for support.  I am the admin and the only user.

Did they do upgrades and change everything or what!!

Can someone tell me how to actually contact someone??

When  I sign on to my personal account all the files are there and all the movements and commands are the same.  

This wasnt the case last month, they both functioned exactly the same.

Thanks for posting.

About the file missing: Have you contacted with your project admin? or you are the admin of this project?

About mouse settings- have you checked the "Preference" for the mouse shortcuts?

I had all my files on my commercial account a month ago now they are only on my personal.  I am the only user of the commercial account and the admin.  I change the mouse setting but my rotate/pan still behaves differently than my personal one.  I feel like they have changed the commercial program.  Did they upgrade when they changed the personal use?
