Multiple Fusion issues (freezing - unable to uninstall) after recent update

After the recent update I no longer can select a machine or go to machine library under manufacturing. Fusion just freezes and doesn't respond.

Graphics card drivers are all up to date.

I then attempted to uninstall and reinstall Fusion with the hope that it would fix this issue but that's when I hit another brick wall.

I can't uninstall my fusion as I get an error as in the attached image (not well-formed - invalid token - line 1, column 0)

Log file lists the following

2024-05-07 16:35:23,155 - MainProcess(27428) - InstallDriver - adsk.dls.streamer.process.process - ERROR :: Exception during processing:

xml.parsers.expat.ExpatError: not well-formed (invalid token): line 1, column 0

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So basically can't use this for manufacturing at all any longer....  weird thing is it worked all well before the recent update. I wonder why a simple update causes unnecessary problems... No enough testing is done before releasing it?

Can't even uninstall using service utility....

Windows is up to date

Restarting PC, doesn't resolve the issue

Attempted to repair using service utility results in error ADP file in use.. Can't see it in task manager so its not running or may have closed by itself after the service utlity popup..

Restarted PC to ensure the file is not being used and now when I attempt to open fusion I get the following error

"The code execution cannot proceed because QT6widget.dll was not found. reinstalling the program may fix this problem"

Well I can't install it anymore either.. Way to go Autodesk..

Followed the article to manually delete and remove registry entries and now it looks like I am able to reinstall fusion but will keep posted if this resulted in any good

https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-do-a-manual...

User's shouldn't have go through this every 2nd or 3rd update...  off lately I'm scared to update fusion just because of such issues arising from no where.. but we don't have a choice do we?

ok, Re-installation finally fixed the issue. But am pretty upset with this reoccurring update issue. The downtime is just not worth it and here I am talking to myself and resolving issues created by Autodesk updates...
