Move the orgin of canvans

Dear all

I hope you gonna understand my a bit fluent of english and you can finally help me.
I'm getting trouble to allign the canvans along X directrion, because the orgin settled on canvas is not suitable to the scope. As you can see in the attach "Orginal position of canvans", the orgin is in the middle of canvas (on the right wing of the Eurofighter). When i rotate the canvas, it rotates around the wings.

I would like to set the rotating point of the canvas, then the orgin of it, on the tip of radome, in order to rotate the cavans around that point as in the picture attached "Desired origin"

Is it possible? Is there any solution?

Thank you in advance

This is easy to do.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

I can create a video using your actual canvas.

It looks like you got the image rotated and located as needed, but did you get it scaled (Calibrated size) that you need? (measures only 17mm or so)

The top level Origin of the model is constant and cannot be changed.  Notice I said Top Level Origin, a component Origin can be moved.  Attach your model so the Forum can see what your true situation is.

Hi TheCADWhisperer

Yes finally i  could rotate it (scaling it is not a big issue at the moment) but rotate it and move it has been vary hard.
Bacause i need the tip of the radome exatly at the orgin i had to zoom in in order to be precise. But when i zoomed, i got the panning and rotating menu out of the screen. So i thought if i could move the orgin,of the canvas, i could get the panning menu visible.

In any case, I know how to manage it pannig and rotation, bacause i got that problem every time. I use to set the values on the field that luckly are always visible.

Thank you to all.
