Mouse is off by ~20 pixels

I use Fusion 360 daily, but just encountered a new issue this morning. See video attached. 

You can see when I'm making a sketch, the "active" point is well below the tip of the mouse. 

It's very confusing to use. You have to place the mouse above the point you actually want to use. 

And then, possibly related, I can'y actually zoom in or out using the zoom tool at the bottom of the window, because a "zoom" helped text covers the active button so it can't be clicked.

I've quit fusion and restarted my computer, but the problem persists. 

I'm using a Macbook Pro Monterey 12.2.1 with a trackpad on my laptop.

this might be related:  cursor-misalignment .  Seems like going full screen and back helped.
